The Green Cottage is a cozy two bedroom and two bath cottage that is new in the rental pool in 2010. It is fully furnished and is located in a quiet residential area very close to both the Coco Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean Beach. The 5 star Green Turtle Club and Marina and Brendal’s Dive Shop is less then 2 minutes away. The master bedroom suite has a queen sized four post bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is an electric stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker available.

Relax outside in the morning or evening on one of the two porches. One is in the front of the house and one at the back. The porch at the back has a gas grill and table & chairs for outside dining. There is also a hammock in the front where you can enjoy the outdoors. Amenities include central A/C, washer & dryer, flat screen TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom (shower only). The second bedroom offers one double bed and one twin bed. The second bathroom is located centrally in the house and has a bathtub and shower.

The tropically decorated living area is furnished with rattan furniture. It has cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player. There are also 2 portable CD players available for your use. There is a futon available in the living area if you have an extra person or two. The dining area is open to the large kitchen which is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, ice tea maker, microwave, toaster and just about anything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffer maker and toaster oven. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a dormer window with window seat where you can sit and look out at the beautiful blue ocean or read a book. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a trundle bed.

Captain Sam’s is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home which was built in the early 1950's and has been remodeled and decorated with bright islandy colors. It is located on the waterfront on Bay Street in historic New Plymouth and overlooks the New Plymouth Harbor. It has a private dock that can take up to a 40’ boat. There is a double bed in one room and a queen bed in the other room. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Amenities include air-conditioning; phone for local calls; island cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and a gas grill. The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

The rent is $1350 a week for up to four people and includes a golf cart for transportation on the island.

Golden Reef Apartments are two second floor apartments in the heart of the historic village of New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay. They are named after the direction they face, Sunrise and Sunset. The sunrises and sunsets here on Green Turtle Cay are something to remember.

These mirror image apartments offer central air; ceiling fans; Bahamas cable TV; and a charcoal grill. They each have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a double bed in one room and two twin beds in the second bedroom. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a tub & shower. It is less then a minute walk to the beautiful Gilliam Bay Beach and a shared private dock in Black Sound Harbour. The historic town of New Plymouth is just five minutes away by rental golf cart.

The apartment offers a large open full kitchen and living room with bar stool seating for six people around the kitchen island. There is a wine storage area for those who want to stock up. Each of the bedrooms has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Casa Cielo is a secluded private estate situated on a sea to sea peninsula named Joyless Point at the entrance to White Sound on Green Turtle Cay. It is only accessible by boat. The 1,355 sq. ft. residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The residence offers 560 sq. ft. of screened in porches one facing east and the other facing west for great views of the sunrise and the sunset. The house has two open decks consisting of 565 sq. ft. also facing east and west. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a dock on each side. There is a 36’ dock on the Sea of Abaco and 170’ dock on White Sound. Other amenities include Satellite TV with DVD player, iPod docking station, phone for local calls and VHF radio.
